• Color - A beautiful melange of Blue, Grey, Teal and Yellow
• Technique - An enduring Kadwa weave. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric. A classic Kadiyal technique which helps achieve a border in a sharply contrasting color using multiple changes in warp and the weft shuttle.
• Fabric - Soft as butter, pure Katan silk
• Speciality - A handwoven masterpiece with a breathtaking multicoloured body and border achieved through a complex confluence of techniques - the finest Kadiyal, meenakari and kadhua weaves.
