An exploration and interpretation of our rich, varied and magnificent heritage. An ode to our weaving history, this saree has a traditional Banarasi Booti pattern and a magnificent Koniya Aanchal, woven in full kadhua style.

• Color - A timeless shade of Black 
• Technique - An enduring Kadwa weave. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric.
• Fabric - Soft as butter, pure Katan silk
• Speciality - A classic Bootidaar pattern with a koniya aanchal or paisleys at its corners. The corners are particularly difficult to weave as they are a break from the running pattern, but koniyas look magnificent when worn.
