Customer Relations Manager

Tilfi strives to deliver an extraordinary shopping and ownership experience, and as a Customer Experience Advisor, this will be your specialty. You will be the first and foremost point of contact for customers and you will welcome them into our family! You will be kind, patient and informed, have a genuine interest in our craft and in the customer’s needs and tremendous confidence in our products and brand promise. You must have faith that a small, homegrown brand with relentless focus on quality can take Varanasi to the world!

What you'll do: 

  • Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email, live chat and social media
  • Liaise efficiently with our team in Varanasi and work with our internal systems to process and fulfill orders
  • Resolve any dispatch related issues or customer requests with patience and a sense of humour!
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience

Who you are:

  • Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "no task is too small" attitude
  • Hyper-organized (Because the rest of the family is not!)
  • Excellent spoken and written communications with a keen eye for spotting smelling mistakes and poor grammar
  • Interested in fashion and curious about the possibilities of sustainable fashion
  • Comfortable with Excel, web-interfaces…basically, computers in general!
