'Firoza' Dusty Blue Pure Katan Silk Banarasi Handloom Saree
Silken yards brought to life with the surprising forms of nature. Carefully soaked in our creepers of rose impressions, this is a contemporary pattern, tinged with sweet nostalgia of the past.
Color - An enchanting shade of Dusty Blue
Fabric - Soft as butter, pure Katan silk
Technique - An enduring Kadwa weave. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric.
Speciality - Developed using the imperfect impressions made on paper, by roses dipped in Indian Ink, this Inkling saree has beautiful Kadhua buds across the body and delightful rose vines in antique and silver zari along the border.
Tilfi Promise - Pure. Handloom. Banaras.
Note - The saree comes with a different blouse piece. The model is wearing a separate blouse for styling purposes.
Since this product is handwoven, there might be slight irregularities. But don't you think these add to the singular charm of a handloom beauty?
