A timeless Banarasi dupatta which you will treasure for years! Be enthralled by our weavers' relentless focus on the smallest details in this beauty. It is versatile and graceful.
Color - A stunning Black
Technique - Classic handwoven Banarasi art passed down through generations with a koniya aanchal. Kadwa weave bootis. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric.
Fabric - Soft as butter, pure Katan silk
Speciality - An elegant Bootidaar pattern with a koniya aanchal or paisleys at its corners. The corners are particularly difficult to weave as they are a break from the running pattern, but koniyas look magnificent when worn.
Tilfi Promise - Pure fabrics and genuine Banarasi handloom at a fair price
Since this product is handwoven, there might be slight irregularities. But isn't it charming that no-one else will ever own this beauty handmade just for you?
