PARVEEN
With echoes of our glorious heritage, a fabulous Shikaargah saree with a riot of motifs evocative of rain showers and royal gardens! A nod to history and testament to the skill of our master weavers, woven for modern-day royalty.
-
Color - A ravishing shot colour with a warp of Black and a weft of Purple
-
Technique - An enduring Kadwa weave and fine Meenakari technique. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric. Meenakari involves the painstaking addition of supplementary coloured resham threads during the hand-weaving process.
-
Fabric - Pure Katan silk
-
Speciality - Luxury is in the details of this beautiful drape. This is a painstakingly handwoven masterpiece with extraordinary craftsmanship for the discerning.
-
Tilfi Promise - Pure. Handloom. Banaras.
- Note - The saree comes with a different blouse piece. The model is wearing a separate blouse for styling purposes.
Since this product is handwoven, there might be slight irregularities. But isn't it charming that no-one else will ever own this beauty handmade just for you?
